Through its participation in Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2015, which is annually held at Abu Dhabi National Expo Center, the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood’s stand is widely visited by the general public, especially children including the Emirati inventor, Adeeb Al Blushi. 

The author and writer, Dr. Fatima Hamad Al Mazrou’i, had signed copies of the story, “Maryam Healthy Plate”, that she has already written. It is a short story based upon children rights stories series that the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood seeks to develop in association with UNICEF Gulf Area Office in order to introduce children to their rights, responsibilities and spread children rights culture across all categories of the community. 

The Emirati scientist, Adeeb Al Blushi, has extended his heartfelt thanks and deep appreciation to H. H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women’s union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood (SCMC), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) for her leading role in providing care and patronage for children not only in the UAE, but also in all countries of the world. At the same time, he has also lauded the level at which the Council’s stand is organized and praised its organizers that has been admired by all adults and children. Finally, he has expressed his pride about such efforts, which could uphold children’s rights and raise awareness about them.
